How to Take Laminine? Suggestions for Adult, Children and Pets

checkiconHow to Take Laminine?

When you first begin taking Laminine it is suggested to saturate the body with this incredible formula to "jump-start" the rejuvenation process.

  • To begin, for the first two weeks, take 2 capsules before breakfast and 2 capsules in the afternoon around 2-3pm.
  • After 14 days, reduce to 1 capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon.
  • After that, adjust to your personal preferences.

After a week, the second dose of 2 capsules can be taken before bed instead of the afternoon. Most people begin to get a feel for how much their body needs and when to best take it. For stressful times, or for more senior or chronic conditions users, there is no problem with taking more capsules on a long-term basis. When in doubt, check with your health professional.

If you have the flexibility to take the Laminine throughout the day, you can take one at a time. If you are going to take 4 capsules, as an example, take the first upon arising, the second before breakfast, the third before lunch, and the fourth before dinner.

While there is no wrong way to take Laminine, it is best taken on an empty stomach with water only (no coffee, tea or juice), and away from other medication or supplements. To get the maximum benefit, take at least 30 minutes before or two hours after ingesting anything else.

While Laminine is a food and is safe for people of all ages, we recommend half or less of the amount suggested above and, if there are any concerns about using the product, be sure to consult your health care professional. If child does not swallow capsules, open the capsule and add the contents to yogurt if they won’t drink it mixed in water.

Laminine is also great for pets. Open a capsule, put the contents in their bowl or your hand. Allow them to lap it up freely. Most animals like egg protein and will like Laminine. If needed, you can add it to a small amount of another protein they will eat.

Laminine is tolerated well by most people and animals, as there were no reports of any side effects in the studies of dietary supplementation. If you have an egg allergy it is NOT recommended that you ingest Laminine.

I have done a tremendous amount of research on Laminine.  If you know of anyone who has Myasthenia Gravis, this product will replace the glutamine and glycine that is deficient in this disease process as it will create the communication at the synapse. AND, of course so many neuro problems, etc.  It is unreal.  This is a product that I wish I had had for a hundred years.

Children and adults with ADHD, ADD, etc. strokes,   Dr. Shelva

Suggested Protocol

2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the mid to late afternoon for
two weeks.

If you are not ready for maintenance, you body will tell you whether you
should stay on 4 a day or 2 a day.

You can muscle test or have someone muscle test you (applied kinesiology).
